It's that time of year again! We always leave our AGM feeling energised and boosted by the support of attendees - please come along and hear how your community shop has fared over the past year, and what our outreach team has been up to.

We're loving the new Mossgiel Organic Farm milk and getting feedback that you guys think it's tastier, but it does have one noticeable difference: it's non-homogenised and that makes it behave differently than the homogenised milk most of us are used to.

How's that? So the cream hasn't been broken at high pressure to distribute it evenly through the milk. This reduces a processing step, making it taste better and also making the cream easier to digest. It also makes better coffee! Give it a quick shake before pouring to mix the cream through the milk a bit.

It does mean we notice a shorter shelf life - the best-before date applies to unopened bottles: once opened the recommendation is to drink within 3 days.
