🧡Sparkenhoe - the only raw milk Red Leiceister still being made in Leicestershire.

Tasting great at the moment; nutty, lactic with a sweet finish. A proper classic!

A twist of the classic Abbey style cheese from Belgium - Groendal Barista has a layer of roast coffee beans in the centre and rubbed on to the rind. Super creamy and rich with a chocolatey smokey flavour. Try it with an espresso! ☕️🤎

We paired it with a delicious iced coffee from the wonderful Stenecki across the road from the Dundee shop ❤️❤️
