🔨 **Shop Refurbishment** 🔨

As we approach our 25th year in the West End, we’ve decided it’s the right time to invest in refurbishment works to modernise and improve the shop over the coming months. 🎉

To avoid closing for several weeks at once, the work will be carried out in stages wherever possible. 👍

The first stage will be new flooring, which means the shop will be closed from Saturday 6th June (2pm) until Thursday 11th June. 🚧

Future stages (coming soon) will include:
✨ New wall coverings
💡 New ceilings and lighting
❄️ New cold room installations
🪵 Bespoke shelving and cabinets

We're also proud to say that all works are being supplied by local companies. 🤝

To give us some much-needed extra display space, the final stage will be the installation of brand new, state-of-the-art “meat tower” counters 🥩 — and from what we've been told, we'll be the first in Scotland to have them!

We appreciate your patience and support while these improvements are carried out, and we can't wait to show you the finished result!

With the road closure outside the shop, we’re not exactly breaking any sales records just now — but we’re still filling the cabinets and fridges as usual with our delicious, hand prepared, locally sourced produce.

Unfortunately, beginning on Monday 11th May,, the road outside the shop is going to be closed to all traffic for at least 5 weeks. 👎

The good news is that the car park at Pennycook Lane will still be accessible — you’ll just need to come up Perth Road from the Nethergate side.

That said… if you’d rather avoid the chaos altogether, now’s the perfect time to take advantage of our local home delivery service 🚚
