So typically I wouldn’t post about how busy or quiet we’ve been, as we’ve only been open a year and i understand we still need to become established in Dunoon by being consistent with our openings hours, offering good food & good coffee and by receiving fab reviews from our customers (all of which we have achieved in the last 14 months, yay 🎉)
However, after hearing a lot of customers and people in Dunoon asking for somewhere new to be open in the evenings, we took the opportunity to extend our opening hours and introduce a brand new evening menu. We have consistently been open til 10:30pm every Friday and Saturday night for the last 8 weeks, but in the last few weeks we’ve only had a couple tables in over the additional 6 hours a day we’ve been open. This unfortunately isn’t sustainable for any small independent business, especially one that’s only been open a year.
We are going to keep going with the evenings for now as we appreciate summer is just around the corner (and the good weather too surely?🤞🏼). But if this is something you want us to keep offering throughout winter then we need the support behind us!
It goes without saying that to anyone who has supported us so far, we are extremely grateful. We are all in the same boat and doing what we can to shop local, eat local and support us all - so thank you!
