Glenys will be at the An Crùbh Skye market tomorrow 11am-3pm with a selection of fresh lamb and fresh beef.

Ali will be at the Croft continuing with butchering so if you want to pop in and see what we’ve got, open 11am-5pm.

Now taking orders for whole and half lamb carcasses which will be available soon.

A half carcass (approx 9kg) consists of:
• 2 leg roasts
• 1 shoulder roast
• 12 chops
• 2 shanks
• 2 neck chops
• approx 500g mince
• plus bones for stock

As we do all butchery ourselves, any special requests such as rack of lamb, rolled shoulder, whole leg can be accommodated.

Vacpac packaged, ready for the freezer.

All for the price of £15.50 per kg.

Also available is 18 month old hogget if you are looking for a more mature flavour.
