Happy World Ocean Day! 🌎

To commemorate World Ocean day, here are some Ocean Facts!

🐟 Our oceans cover more than 70% of the Earths surface!
🐟 Less then 5% of the planets oceans have been explored.
🐟 The Ocean is estimated to be 3.8 billion years old!
🐟 It's estimated that 50-80% of all life on earth is found under the Oceans surface

Humans impact on our Oceans? 🌎
💔 Every day, it is estimated that 8 million pieces of plastic pollution enter the ocean

What can we do to help? 🥰
💕 Local Beach cleans

Finally I arrived here and updated my intro 🥰

I am Christa, a trained and experienced nutritionist. I am working with people for more than 7 years. Helping them with weight management, better food choices, gaining more health and creating an overall better and healthier lifestyle.

I wanted and I have created my own brand which is trully reflects me and my beliefs.

I belive that people must be fed only with the best quality food, which nourishes their body and provides good quality energy

I believe in organic and naturally sourced products and their impact on life. All who produced them, all who stock them, all who further use them and all who consumes them. It all contributes to a better and happier life.

I believe in life without plastic and with less waste. I do my part on it. All my product packaging, mailings and sealings are plastic free, 100% degradable, or compostable. Even my labels and little stickers. It makes me happy.

I believe in reasonable prices products. I do my best on it. And I am happy to pay a bit more for the better ingredients, the better source. I believe when the crap food is cheap it was made to be cheap and the prices, ingredients prices were pushed down as much as it can be. Honest producers get only a few penny after their products and supermarkets get all the profit. I want to pay those producers, plant growers to be paid fairly and help them to have a great life. So I buy from them and I do support them.

I believe in human relationships, good communication and love no matter where one comes from. I do hope, my products relfect this love for mankind.

I belive life can be better and we have an impact on others life’s, too. I make sure my impact is a good one with my products and everything behind them.

I believe in a world where there is no refined sugar, refined carbs, highly processed foods, artifiial food additives, fast carbs, pesticides, fungisides, insectifides, GMO and gen manipulation.

I belive in organic and biodynamic food procution. That is the natural way to produce human food. And there is enough food on this planet for everyone.

I belive that we are responsible for teaching each other and the generations coming what real food is and how to make good lifestyle choices. I belive, I contribute to this purpose.

And I belive in myself, my products, the people I work with and my customers. We all together can improve life and this is a very encouraging and happy environment.

Challenge of the week:
Environmental friendly packaging.

I do believe in safeguarding the environment. 🌿 For me it is vital that all my product have plastic free packaging. I feel bad for dumping so much plastic on this Earth. Can you imagine that all the plastic that have ever been made (and I mean ever) is still there? It is burried somewhere under the soil and just sits there... I have lots of thought about it but for me the most important thing is that I do not want to destroy the Earth more. I am trying to live a relatively plasctic free life, I do my changes and I really want all my products free from plastic.

For the granola I will have stand up pouches. They are letter box friendly, easy to store, look nice on retail shop's shelves and protect the product.
Unfortunatelly most of the kraft paper pouches has plastic zip lock. Or, fully degradable, but no window. Or fully degradable with transparent window, instead of clear one.
Nothing is perfect, I understand.
After spending days on the internet finding the right pouch I am still not 100% sure. I tend to go with the fully degradable (only 66 days, and it fully degrades!!!!) without window. I want to believe it is not such a thing to see the prodact through window. It is granola. Though it will look great, but if I show it on the label... I think it will do the job.

And this is just the product packaging. I am facing the challange with finding the right mailers, sample bags and the right packaging for zero waste shops...
It is going to be a wonderfull week and I will finish this challenge. 😅

The healthiest granola 👌 is on its way!

Today I finished testing my recipes. 🤭 I must say, they are so yummy...
I gonna have three flavors to start with: nuts, seeds and with all luxury in it.
