Delicious ham and mushroom omlette for lunch today. I’m counting 4 swips for 25g of Violife grated coconut cheese as I’ve already used/planned my healthy extras for today.
Also dragged myself to the gym for 45 mins this morning ( or should I say my husband dragged me to the gym 😂) I’ve had a few days away from the gym and my mindset hasn’t been great so I’ve definitely been using more swips and not counting and really needed to get fully back to food optimising 100% I have my holiday coming up and want to be feeling great and my best for it !
