CMB Foods is family- run and we have been trading for over 35 years in Sussex and Surrey. Our ideal location means that our fleet of refrigerated and tracked vans have direct access to all of the South East, London including C
entral London, the Home Counties and further afield. We have a wealth of fully approved & audited suppliers with whom we have built trusted relationships over many years. We source all of our British products as locally to us as possible through these tried and tested suppliers to support local Farmers and reduce all food miles where possible. Beef can be sourced from the Guildford area and the West Country with products coming from Northern Ireland too. Where ever our beef comes from within the UK it is Farm Assured and mostly AHDB approved. Red Tractor approved and AHDB Lamb is sourced from farms in Kent, Sussex and surrounding counties. We also stock New Zealand lamb and certified Halal lamb. Pork is Free-Range, Freedom Foods and Red Tractor approved and is sourced from very local farms in Sussex or Essex. Most of our Chicken is Red Tractor and sourced from farms in Shropshire to ensure we maintain our high level of consistency and quality. We also offer a range of European farm assured chicken products to cater for all budgets. We have Free-Range and Organic products approved by the Soil Association for the Food for Life Awards and these come from France and the UK. Duck is mainly British but with some of our Free-Range Label Rouge brand coming from France. Our Turkeys are Red Tractor approved and come from a wonderful family-run farm in Essex. Bacon is from approved Danish suppliers. Red Tractor bacon is available too on request – we cover all budgets with our bacon products. EU and Red Tractor Gammon is always in stock. We make all our own sausages, burgers & meatballs here on site produced to exact recipes under the watchful expertise of our Master Butchers. We make ALL of our pork sausages with Freedom Foods British Pork. Our “Famous Lingfield Sausages” are our own secret recipe which has been designed to make sure it is below the FSA guidelines for salt content. These very lean sausages, they are MSG free and are extremely popular. They feature regularly with customers achieving the Soil Association - Food for Life Awards. Other hugely popular alternatives include our fantastic CMB own recipe Cumberland, Pork and Apple, Pork and “Cor Blimey” Chilli, Pork and Leek and Pork, Venison and Cranberry. Lamb and Mint, Beef and Chicken and Herb sausages are also made by us with certified Halal meat too – very popular with our schools. Sussex has an abundance of Game available which we seasonally stock and our Sussex Venison is by far our biggest seller. We offer a large range of cooked and cured meats some directly sourced from Continental producers. All from approved suppliers with full product specifications and allergens declared.
