About Us:
We are a friendly team and our farm shop is dedicated to providing high-quality, Cornish and locally sourced produce with exceptional customer service. We also have a Post Office counter within the store that is an essential part of the town. Our shop is at the heart of the community, and we take pride in offering fresh goods in a welcoming environment.

The Role:
With the Summer season upon us we have had a part time position become available offering a minimum of two days per week. The right person must be able to work weekends and help cover with staff holidays and sickness', they must be enthusiastic, reliable and willing to work as part of a small team. You will be the face of the farm shop, helping customers, handling transactions, and ensuring the shop is well-stocked and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handling cash and card payments accurately
• Weighing and packaging fresh produce and goods
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the counter area
• Replenishing stock and monitoring product displays
• Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers
What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Basic numeracy skills for handling payments
• Previous retail or food handling experience is desirable but not essential
• Applicants must be 18 years old or over
• Willing to work weekends and available to cover staff holidays and sickness.
