It was amazing to have a catch-up with Baz from The Meatery yesterday.

Great to see what hard work can achieve you and Baz certainly knows what he's doing ☺️ running Clock House Gastrobar , and he's building himself an incredible business.

Really good to pick Baz's brain and talk shop for a few hours and always great to talk to other people in the industry and share ideas 🙌

If you are ever around Gainsborough, please show support, pop in and see Baz he's always welcoming and ready to chat 😁

I had the pleasure of spending a few hours with the team at Westlands Butchers in Retford earlier today.

Always good to step out of your own shop and see how others do things in our trade... sharing ideas, methods and one or two recipes, and just talking shop for a while.

We’re all in the same game at the end of the day, and there’s always something to learn.
