Down Farm, Beachy Head. Local, organic, Hankham lamb from Montague Farm
Local outdoor reared pork from Richard Bates, Willow Lodge Farm, Nr Uckfield
Locally sourced game; venison, rabbit or pheasant (when in season)

Stock up your freezer with our cut and fully portioned local half lamb! Excellent value at approximately £150 (size dependent) with over 25 items. Cuts include fore and hind shanks, shoulder blade chops, leg steaks (gigot chops). The loin has been split into racks and loin chops and all the trim has been diced or minced. Great value compared to buying all the cuts individually with our usual premium quality.
