Nothing beats a proper midweek fakeaway.
Our Salt & Pepper Pork Ribs are now available and they’re perfect for an easy night in. Simply pop them into the air fryer at 170°C for 25 minutes, then let the magic happen whilst you relax and unwind.

Pour yourself a lovely glass of wine or crack open a cold beer, stick some music on, and before you know it, tender, flavour-packed ribs are ready to enjoy from the comfort of home.

A proper tomato feast today featuring Marmande, Crime Noir, and the glorious Pineapple tomato 🍅
Each one brings its own little personality to the plate — Marmande is beautifully balanced with a medium-firm bite whilst still wonderfully juicy, Pineapple tomatoes are bursting with sweet, sunshiney juice, and Crime Noir offers a firmer flesh with a lovely crunchy texture.

Slice them all together and you’ve got absolute heaven in a salad bowl.
The real magic though? A simple dressing of good olive oil, minced garlic, and balsamic glaze spooned right into the center of the plate before gently spreading it through the tomatoes just before serving. Honestly… next level stuff.
