Ewan's go-to is a simple Thai beef salad – and his cut of choice is sirloin or ribeye, though he reckons a flat iron steak works brilliantly too if you fancy something a little different.

Our Hot Chimichurri Melt and Mediterranean Chicken have been proving very popular since they landed at the counter – and it's not hard to see why. Argentinian fire marinade on one hand, mozzarella and sundried tomatoes on the other. Two very different flavours, both handmade right here in the shop.
