It is with great sadness that we annouce the death of our wonderful brother Chris Wilson who passed away on the 12th June 2024 after an illness bravely borne. R.I.P Chris.

Our wonderful staff on our last day. Richard and I would like to thank you all for your loyalty and support over the last 6 months without you all we could not have done it we are truly grateful.

We are both humbled by the amount of lovely comments, messages, flowers and gifts you our wonderful customers have given us we will miss you all xx💕

It is with the deepest regret and the heaviest of hearts that we, as a family, have decided to close the business.
We had hoped that Richard would return to full health and be able to come to work, unfortunately this has not been the case.
We are all completely saddened by this decision, but we need to spend as much time as possible with Richard.
We will close on the 27th of April 2024.
Richard and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, our wonderful loyal customers for your custom over the past 20 years that we have worked together.
Our staff and suppliers have been a wonderful support to us, and we thank them dearly.

Richard and I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year.
As most of you know Rich has been missing from the shop during November and December it just wasnt the same without him at the helm, but thanks to our wonderful loyal staff David John Ryan Steve Adam Dave and wee Alfie! not forgetting Finlay and Charlie, Fiona and Tracey, and of course super hero Sue we made it through. To our wonderful customers thank you for your patience and understading, and to our suppliers Stephen Beaty from Langhorn Farm and Rennick Thompson from Spring Field Farm who kept us going with their wonderful beef, Tommy Bradly who made sure we had a supply of lamb, Gordon from Dalziels who kept me on the right road , Andy from Todds, Spencer from Direct Poultry, Stewart from Frank Bird and big Jim from Bowlands thank you all.
We both hope that 2024 will be a lot better for us, Richards goal is to be back for Easter.
