Ever fancied learning how to butcher a deer properly?
Our beginner venison butchery class is a hands on day in our Ellon butchery, taking you from carcass to cuts, with expert guidance, lunch included, and plenty to take home.
You’ll learn how to skin and break down a deer, prepare steaks, diced venison, mince and burgers, then leave with at least 4kg of venison you’ve prepared yourself.
Perfect for food lovers, field to fork folk, or anyone who fancies doing something a bit different.
