Back to the farm, back to routine and back to feeding pigs after a brilliant and very busy 3 days
A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand over the last few days — whether you purchased for the first time, came back for your favourites, sampled our products or simply stopped for a chat. Seeing so many familiar faces and meeting new customers makes events like this so worthwhile for our small business.
We also want to sincerely thank Tourism NI for supporting us on Thursday and for having us on their stand on Friday and Saturday. Opportunities like these are so important for small producers like us — without that financial support, attending and showcasing our products at events on this scale simply wouldn’t be possible. We’re incredibly grateful to have been given the opportunity to share our story and products with so many people.
It was also fantastic to offer our salt cured, air dried Wagu on the slicer for the 1st time and judging by the reaction it definitely won’t be the last batch.
Finally, a big thank you to Josh from Foydragh Pork (find them over on Facebook) for stepping in to feed the pigs on two of the evenings while we were away. Fermanagh folk - you need to get onto his pork boxes, so be sure to give him a follow and some support. Or visit to buy some and support 2 local businesses in 1.
Now… what will we get up to today 🤔 possibly a visit to flower festival and/the International Market with a stop at for a coffee to see us through.
