We're delighted to announce the opening of our newest apiary in Great Dunmow, Essex!
Every new apiary is more than just a collection of hives—it's another step towards supporting local pollinators, increasing biodiversity, and producing more of the high-quality, raw British honey that we're so passionate about.
Our bees will now be foraging across the beautiful Essex countryside, collecting nectar from a wide variety of seasonal flowers to create honey that truly reflects the local landscape. Every jar is harvested with care, minimally processed, and packed full of natural goodness.

🚨🍯 MASSIVE NEWS FROM RAW HONEY CO. 🍯🚨

We are incredibly excited to announce that we have officially opened our BRAND NEW APIARY! 🐝🎉

This marks a huge milestone for Raw Honey Co. and is another major step in our mission to produce more high-quality, local British honey than ever before.

Our new apiary will help support a growing number of honey bee colonies, providing the bees with access to diverse forage and helping us increase production of the pure, raw, unprocessed honey that our customers love. 🌼🐝🍯

What actually *is* creamed honey? 🍯

A lot of people think creamed honey has been heavily processed, whipped, heated or mixed with something… but it’s still just 100% pure raw honey.

We don’t heat treat it.
We don’t strip anything out.
We don’t “mess about” with it.

It’s the exact same raw honey, keeping all the natural goodness, flavour and enzymes — just with a completely different texture.

The best way to describe it? 👀

Think of the soft white centre inside a Cadbury Creme Egg… smooth, silky and perfectly spreadable. That rich creamy texture, but made entirely from natural honey. 🍯✨

The process simply controls how the honey crystallises, creating tiny smooth crystals instead of large crunchy ones. The result is a luxurious creamy honey with no gritty texture.
