I have been cooking professionally for 30 years and developed a passion for a healthy eating plan. I hate 'diets' and think they should be banned!!! The only true way to reach your goal - whatever it may be - is to incorporate a healthy attitude and make it part of your daily life. I wanted to develop recipes that are not only packed with superfoods and nutrients but recipes which are easy to foll

ow and appeal to the whole family. I wanted to write a book in a file format so it could be regularly updated with new recipes throughout the seasons and also be able to add extras such as a treats section, additional nutritional information and top tips on maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle, including exercise, relaxation and getting a good nights sleep! I hope you enjoy the recipes as much as I have enjoyed creating them!
