We’re incredibly proud to see our very own Fin featured, sharing how he found his path and a career in the fish industry.

School isn’t for everyone, and sometimes it’s about finding the thing that clicks, and for Fin, that turned out to be fish!

From learning the trade and developing proper skills to becoming a valued part of the team here at New Wave Fish Shop, it’s brilliant to see how far he’s come.

A lovely read and a great reminder that success doesn’t always follow the traditional route.

Not all of our fish is “seafood”.
Here is our Chalkstream trout, reared on the river Tess in Hampshire. Almost like a lighter salmon, very tasty yet mild. Perfect for pan frying or baking in the oven. It’s a good all rounder.
