In case you missed it, we're spending a whole day at Sheepdrove Organic Farm this Autumn for our Eating Well, Living well masterclass and feast with Joanna Issa Nutrition Coaching and Kate Foster The Intuitive Chef - and we'd love for you to join us.
The day opens with a nutrition masterclass from Jo, exploring how what you eat, how you move, how you connect with others and how you rest are all deeply intertwined, before it gets hands-on. You'll blend locally grown and milled flour with herbs picked fresh from Sheepdrove's physic garden, then watch Jo and Kate bring it all to life with a relaxed cooking demonstration.
The centrepiece of the day is a long table autumnal feast created by Kate, using seasonal, organic, locally sourced produce. Here's a taste of what's on the table:
Sourdough focaccia, three ways
Naturally neon Bromham pickles
Velvety miso-white bean soup, plum umeboshi
Pasture-raised roast chicken, chermoula
Whole roasted Bromham cauliflowers with rose harissa, green tahini sauce
Mujadara (Middle Eastern rice, lentils and caramelised onions)
Whipped feta, raw and roasted tomatoes, smoked almonds
Heritage carrot and beetroot slaw, ginger-cider dressing
Local leaves, figs, black garlic vinaigrette
Apple and rosemary sorbet
Afterwards, there's a guided walk through Sheepdrove's meadows and woodland, taking in the wildlife pond with a swim optional, before finishing with a cosy brew and freshly baked cake.
To make sure guests stay nourished throughout the day we're joining forces with our friends Kickstand Lotus Cafe to provide drinks and snacks too. All included in the ticket price.
Join us : Friday 18th September, 10am to 4pm.
There's limited spaces, and it's the only event of its kind we're running in 2026.
£150 per guest, friends of Tribe Zero-Waste get 15% off with the code ORGANICSEPTEMBER.
