It’s World Pulse Day.

Not usually one for food “days”… but jumping on this one to say: if you’ve been waiting for a sign to add more lentils and beans to what you eat, this might be it.

Over in Wasted Kitchen land, pulses are pretty much an everyday thing — because they make us feel good on the inside and reduce our carbon footprint.
