🥛Milk Kefir Grains🥛
A natural probiotic with a long list of health benefits, from lowering cholesterol, to boosting your immune system, from improving gut health, to building bone density, and the list goes on. Google has pages and pages of information.
Delicious mixed with natural fruits and seeds- banana🍌, strawberry🍓 and chia seeds has been a big hit here with the 6 children- 2 of which are normally very "picky eaters!!" So that's saying something!!
You simply add kefir grains to milk, we use whole cow's milk but it can be added to sheep or goats milk also, even almond and coconut milk, let it sit for 24 hours, strain the grains and add them to fresh milk and then use the strained kefir how you wish. It multiplies quite fast, we started with 5g of grains 7 weeks ago and are now up to 120g. If anyone wants some grains to get them started we are selling 5/10g batches. A 5g batch of grains gives 250ml of kefir.
