Are you bringing the family along to Forfar Market this Saturday? We’ve got the ultimate half-time challenge to keep the kids entertained while you browse our amazing local stalls.

We are running a “Spot the Ball” trail!

Here is how it works:

1 🔍 Explore: There are 9 footballs hidden across the market stalls.
2 🔠 Collect: Each ball has a letter. Find them all and then unscramble the letters.
3 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Claim: Solve the puzzle to reveal which famous Scotland star is hiding on the team sheet, and collect your very own hand held Scotland flag from one of the PAM team!

It’s the perfect way to get the kids into the tournament spirit ahead of the big match. Plus, it gives you plenty of time to enjoy a coffee, sample some brilliant Angus produce, and pick up your matchday treats in peace. ☕🥐

THE STARTING XI HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED!

The gaffer has made some massive tactical calls for this Saturday’s World Cup themed market. With a massive 25 trader squad locked in for the weekend, competition for places was fierce!

We are lining up in a classic, no-nonsense 4-4-2 formation to kick off the campaign. Here is the Starting XI tasked with setting the pace this Saturday:

🧤 IN GOAL
We’ve got Fallone’s Pizzas keeping things safe, steady, and energised. The ultimate safe hands ‘kneaded’ for the match.

🛡️ THE DEFENSE
A rock-solid back four to absorb the pressure and keep the energy going:
Veteran player Westpark Nursery & returning fan favourite Sacred Grounds Coffee Company locking down the centre-back pairing—robust, reliable, seasoned professionals.

JoJo’s Bakes and Wee COOK out on the flanks providing that essential extra cover. They always make a fast start!

🌱 THE MIDFIELD
The engine room. Creative, versatile, and controlling the tempo of the day:
Pitscandly Farm and The Cake Fairies pulling the strings in the centre, they never fail to produce the goods!
The Black Cat Soap House and Jakesstreetfood providing maximum flair and energy out wide.

🔥 UP FRONT
Our lethal strike partnership, guaranteed to deliver goals:
Scottish Wildlife Trust and Blooming Bees bringing the finesse and (hopefully!) the glory!
