Morning folks!

So, it’s summer! School is out for the next few weeks and this means for many of us time for looking after ourselves becomes limited. There isn’t a lot we can do about that but what we can do is arm ourselves with plenty of healthy choices for when kids demands mean there’s only time for a grab and go snack rather than a sit down meal!
