Kaltbach cave-aged Gruyère New at Sagebury, this fruity and tangy Le Gruyère is aged in a maze of sandstone caves in the Kaltbach (Lucerne) region of Switzerland for upwards of a year before it’s ready—at least nine months in the caves and three in the cheese dairy. Made from grass-fed, unpasteurized cow’s milk, this nutty and rich cheese is one of Switzerland’s finest.

Kaltbach Cave Aged Gruyere is a mature Gruyere and is ideal for eating on its own or melted in a Fondue or on fresh bread. It is a must stock in any persons larder or fridge.

Tunworth is a traditional Camembert-style handmade cheese. It has a creamy texture and a thin wrinkled rind with distinctive mushroomy flavours. If you've skied in Switzerland you'll know all about this. Raclette Swiss Cheese is famous for being eaten hot, often as a fondue cheese. The name comes from the verb racler, which means 'to scrape'. It describes the way that the face of the cut cheese is traditionally melted and scraped away. So, it is a firm cheese produced from cow's milk, with a sweet and musty aroma and a milky, full flavour.

Westcombe mature cheddar cheese is a traditional Farmhouse cheddar made with unpasteurised milk and traditional rennet. It is an unpasteurised mature cheddar cheese produced by Tom Clothier from Batcombe, about 7 miles from Frome.
