Wiltshire Smokehouse Ltd SALSA approved and Organic certified. We use only Oak sawdust in our kilns and take a long time to smoke our products, up to 16 hours for a side of salmon.

We supply a wide range of traditionally smoked foods to both trade and private customers as well as bespoke curing and smoking of goods for wholesalers and food producers. The Wiltshire Smokehouse is one of the few remaining Smokehouses still using age old methods to cure and smoke only the finest quality foods for you to enjoy. ulent gourmet delights, apart from the salmon which is sourced from the clear waters off Scotland's west coast. The Smokehouse was established in 1994 and we have recently been awarded three Gold medals for our Smoked Cheddar, two at the International Cheese Awards and one at the British Cheese Awards. All of our products come with a minimum 10 day shelf life giving your versatility and peace of mind. Some may vary as to availability throughout the year but most will be available all year round. We can also smoke anything to your requirements, please ask if you have any special requests.
