We've recently rekindled a working relationship with a hospitality venue that's very close to my heart. We always want to give high quality produce and service to our pubs, restaurants care homes burger joints & cafés and this one is no different but...when there's a personal connection there's something more at 'stake' 😉 I took some sirloins the other day and on my next visit I had a chat with the manageress. Just because I can’t make cakes until the last minute doesn’t mean prep hasn’t already started, stickers are already on 3000 lids, today is the the final day of ingredients shopping, hopefully 😂
I’ll be doing the last lot of messages and emails this morning, apologies for anyone waiting for a reply last night, after a 40 hour shift I fell asleep waiting for my tea to cook at 9.30pm last night 😂😂

Hope you’re all heading to Seaham Food Festival this weekend!!! A totally free family foodie day out, amazing local businesses, celebrity chef demos, entertainment, activities and of course the stunning coast and beach.
