If you're coming to our Craft Market this Saturday, to help keep cars moving, we’ll have a one-way system in place.

Please arrive via Eaglesham Road, then follow the orange entry arrows on the map above towards the B764 and onto Hayhill Road, heading in towards Jackton Distillery.

When you leave, please follow the blue exit arrows out of the distillery, continuing along Hayhill Road towards Peel Road.

Please don’t try to enter via the exit route on Hayhill Road from the Peel Road side. You may meet traffic coming the other way and get stuck against the flow ⛔

Monday morning and finally a chance to catch my breath…

After another crazy weekend of markets, seeing queues at the stall, selling out, meeting so many familiar faces and serving thousands of customers, I looked around this morning and realised something…

Whilst I was taking that breath, our drivers were already out on the road delivering hundreds of meals before most people had started their day.

And that’s the reality of this business.

It never really stops.

Markets finish, the prep starts.
Prep finishes, the cooking starts.
Cooking finishes, the packing starts.
Packing finishes, the deliveries start.

Then we do it all again.

Sometimes when you’re in the middle of the madness, you don’t appreciate how far you’ve come.

What started as a simple idea and a belief that healthy Chinese food could taste every bit as good as a takeaway has grown into something that genuinely amazes me when I stop and think about it.

From cooking every meal ourselves and making deliveries in our own cars, to now producing thousands of meals every week, supplying stores across Scotland, attending markets every weekend and having drivers out delivering hundreds of meals on a Monday morning.

None of this happens without you.

Every order.
Every recommendation.
Every comment.
Every tag.
Every person who has trusted us with their meals.

You’ve helped turn a small family business into something we’re incredibly proud of.
