Don't avoid eggs, fat and meat
Eat them till satisfied.
Instead,
-Minimize carbs.
-Avoid wheat and derivatives.
-Restrict your eating window at least 16-18hrs of fasting daily.
-Avoid simple sugars, sugary fruits, fruit juices, carbonated drinks.
-Avoid seed oils with everything you have.
-Targeted supplementation(mg,zinc,bcomplex, and vitamin D3).
-Take walks at least 8-10k steps daily.
Do the above and sickness will be very far from you.
