A.weir butchers is a small family run business which has served springburn and the surrounding area for over thirty years. For the last six years myself James singer has been at the forefront supported by my mother Ellen weir the wife of alasdair weir whom started the business off and got it it's good reputation for quality, which I stand by and strive for each and every day. We are back to the good old hearty dinners and our super lean stew or mince make the ideal option.
These are versatile not just for mince or stew, get creative with them and make some fantastic tasting home made dinners.

Have you tried our newest chicken trybake yet?

Well if you haven't you should.
Creamy tuscan chicken👌😋😋😋 or you may of heard it called marry me chicken

This is simply delicious a cream, cream cheese, sun dried tomato,garlic,basil and oregano .

Simply pop in oven in tray cook for 20mins @ 180c, we made baby potatoes and sweetcorn. This was one of the tastiest and simple dinners.

So pop along and give it a try you certainly won't be disappointed 👍

Each tray bakes containes either 2 chicken fillets, 4 pork steaks or 12 meatballs.

Pepper sauce

Black garlic
Bbq chilli
Tikka
Italian meatballs
Some are marinated breasts others are sauces.
They come in oven or airfry ready trays
Just add what you want to accompany it like sweet potato fries, chips ,noodles, rice

So here at Weirs we have introduced a new sausage on the block for you all to enjoy 😋👌

Introducing the square sausage with spring onion and cheese.

If you like our award winning square im sure you will love this one too. This is so so so tasty that I canny even explain how good it is all I can say is nip in and buy a 4 pack to try yourself.

Pair up with our soft or crispy rolls makes it a great breakfast or lunch option or maybe even a quick dinner.

Weather looking good for the next few days🌞🌞
So why not pop in and pick up some of our delicious hand made , hand pressed steak burgers.

Cheese & spring onion
Cheese & jalapeños
All burgers are less than 5 % fat
We also have hand made chicken fillet burgers

Here we have some beautiful Scotch beef short ribs.

These make the most incredible soup.

Or they make a great dinner with the most tender of meat.

Simply brown off then pop into the slow cooker for 4 hours or until meat is falling of bone.
Pair up with mashed or posted tatties, any veg of your choice, then top off with either a red wine jus, gravy or pepper sauce 😋
