A.weir butchers is a small family run business which has served springburn and the surrounding area for over thirty years. For you or people you know who are gluten intolerant, we at Weirs Butchers have a wide variety of tasty items suitable for you to have.👌

Stir-frys both beef and chicken. Kebabs, tikka skewers, chicken traybakes several flavours. Black garlic steak, 3 different flavoured pork steaks, creamy pepper Chicken kiev or garlic kiev.😋

We have just added to our breakfast packs a gluten free pack
4 square, 4 potato scones, 4 stornoway black pudding and 4 slice of bacon for only £11.10.🙌

Pop along and please feel free to ask what we have in stock that is gluten free.

Also gluten free versions of some hosprep meals can be ordered again ask in store order needs to be placed by 2pm Tuesday for Thursday collection.

Have you tried our newest chicken trybake yet?

Well if you haven't you should.
Creamy tuscan chicken👌😋😋😋 or you may of heard it called marry me chicken

This is simply delicious a cream, cream cheese, sun dried tomato,garlic,basil and oregano .

Simply pop in oven in tray cook for 20mins @ 180c, we made baby potatoes and sweetcorn. This was one of the tastiest and simple dinners.

So pop along and give it a try you certainly won't be disappointed 👍

Some are marinated breasts others are sauces.

So here at Weirs we have introduced a new sausage on the block for you all to enjoy 😋👌

Introducing the square sausage with spring onion and cheese.

If you like our award winning square im sure you will love this one too. This is so so so tasty that I canny even explain how good it is all I can say is nip in and buy a 4 pack to try yourself.

Pair up with our soft or crispy rolls makes it a great breakfast or lunch option or maybe even a quick dinner.

Open tomorrow till 2pm.and closed holiday Monday, back Open Tuesday 8 till 2pm.

Weather looking good for the next few days🌞🌞
So why not pop in and pick up some of our delicious hand made , hand pressed steak burgers.

Cheese & spring onion
Cheese & jalapeños
All burgers are less than 5 % fat
We also have hand made chicken fillet burgers

Here we have some beautiful Scotch beef short ribs.

These make the most incredible soup.

Or they make a great dinner with the most tender of meat.

Simply brown off then pop into the slow cooker for 4 hours or until meat is falling of bone.
Pair up with mashed or posted tatties, any veg of your choice, then top off with either a red wine jus, gravy or pepper sauce 😋
