🌸🐣🍓Cacao, Maple & Strawberry Easter Eggs Recipe 🍓🐣🌸

These pure chocolate eggs are super quick and simple to make and have a really yummy melt-in-the-mouth texture with little gems of freeze dried strawberry scattered throughout.

Ingredients
🍓62g Cacao Butter
🍓3 Tbsp Cacao Powder
🍓3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
🍓Dash of Vanilla Powder
🍓Pinch of Sea Salt
🍓Handful of Freeze Dried Strawberry Pieces
Optional toppings
🍓Edible Rose Petals

Method
✨Firstly, gently melt the cacao butter in a bain marie until fully liquified.
✨Stir through the cacao powder and maple syrup with a wooden spoon so that it is well combined and really smooth.
✨Take the chocolate mixture off the heat.
✨Add a small pinch of salt and vanilla powder and stir these through the mixture.
✨Finally, sprinkle in a handful of freeze dried berries and fold these into the chocolate also.
✨Pour the mixture into your Easter egg mould and garnish with some extra freeze dried berries.
✨Pop these into the freezer or at least an hour to set before removing them from the moulds.
✨Sprinkle over rose petals.
✨Hide for a hunt or share & enjoy!

🐣🌸Choco Hot Cross Buns Recipe🌸🐣

Try these traditional Hot Cross Buns with a twist, the addition of Cacao Powder and Butter supplies a healthy nutritious yet yummy chocolatey taste! The perfect afternoon tea snack for all the family.

Ingredients
🌸450g of strong White Bread Flour
🌸2 Tbsp of Cacao Powder
🌸1 Tsp of Salt
🌸3 Tsp of Easy Bake Yeast
🌸75ml of Raw Agave Syrup
🌸80g of Cacao Butter (at room temperature)
🌸1 Large Egg
🌸200ml of Warm Milk
🌸100g of Chocolate Chips
🌸80g of Raisins or Currants
🌸30g of Plain Flour
🌸2 Tbsp of Apricot Glaze

Method
🥄Put the Bread Flour, Cacao Powder, Salt, Yeast and Agave Syrup in a mixing bowl and combine together.
🥄Rub the Cacao Butter into the ingredients until it forms a coarse mixture.
🥄Whisk the Egg with Milk and fold into the bowl until a soft dough is formed.
🥄Take mixture out of bowl, sprinkle extra flour onto surface and knead it, then place back into bowl, cover with cling film and leave for 1 hour.
🥄When ready roll out dough on floured surface and scatter the Chocolate Chips and Raisins into it then shape the dough into 12 round buns.
🥄Place on a lined baking tray and cover with cling film for 1 hour.
🥄Preheat the oven to 200c.
🥄Mix the Plain Flour with 2 Tbsp of Cold Water until it forms a paste.
🥄Fill a disposable freezer bag with the paste, snip one corner off and use as a piping bag to draw crosses on the top of the buns.
🥄Bake buns for 15 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
🥄Brush Apricot Glaze over the buns while they're still warm and just out of the oven.
🥄Leave buns to cool on wire rack.

🐇💐Spring Salad with Vegan Coconut Dressing Recipe💐🐇

This light and fresh Spring Salad is perfect as a healthy lunch or dinner especially for someone who may be looking to get in shape for Summer or just enjoys healthy nutritious food. This salad is vegan, gluten-free and served with a dairy-free citrus coconut dressing.

🐇💐Ingredients💐🐇
For the salad:
🌱Handful of Rocket Leaves
🌱Handful of Lettuce Leaves (ripped by hands)
🌱Handful of Mixed Leaf Salad
🌱1 Ripe Avocado
🌱6 Stems of Asparagus (boiled or grilled)
For the dressing:
🌱Large Tbsp of Canned Coconut Cream
🌱Fresh Parsley (chopped)
🌱Juice of 1 Lemon or Lime
🌱2 Tsp Himalayan Salt
🌱1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
🌱2 Tbsp H**p Seeds
Salad decoration:
🌱Edible Flowers
🌱Star Fruit
🌱Pumpkin Seeds

✨Method✨
🥄Firstly, wash all the leaves and mix well in a bowl.
🥄Next, grill the asparagus and slice avocado nicely.
🥄Mix all the coconut dressing ingredients in a blender until you get a smooth and runny consistency, add extra lemon juice.
🥄Place the salad leaves on your serving plate first, top with avocado, asparagus, seeds and toppings.
🥄Serve with the coconut dressing and a sprinkle of chilli flakes.

🐰🐣🥚Cacao & Cashew Easter Eggs Recipe🥚🐣🐰

Scrumptous, rich and utterly divine, these pure chocolate Easter eggs come in three flavours; Cacao & Vanilla, Cacao & Cinnamon and Cacao & Cherry. Healthy Easter Eggs at last - seriously guilt-free indulgence!

Ingredients for the basic recipe:
✨6 Large Dates or 12 Small Dates
✨1/3 Cup Cacao Powder
✨2 Tbsp Cashew Butter
✨1/2 Tsp Raw Vanilla Powder
Additional flavours:
✨1/4 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
✨1/4 Tsp Acerola Cherry Powder

Method
🥄Put all the dates into the food processor and blend until smooth.
🥄Add cashew butter, cacao powder and vanilla powder then blitz until blended and smooth.
🥄If you’d like a trio of flavoured Energy Eggs remove from the food processer and separate mixture into 3 bowls.

FOR THE FLAVOUR COMBINATIONS:
🥄Retain 1/3 of the mixture as cacao & vanilla, as above.
🥄To the second 1/3 of mixture add ¼ tsp of cinnamon powder and mix together well.
🥄To the final third 1/3 of mixture add ¼ tsp of cherry powder, as above - mix well.
🥄Then, take either a tsp or a tbsp of mix (however big you'd like your eggs!) and using your hands roll until smooth. Start with a ball shape and then form the egg shape or use a mould if you would prefer.
🥄Repeat & try not to eat too much of the mix!
🥄If you would like just one flavour combination add 2 tsps of cinnamon powder to the whole mix or 2 tsps of cherry powder.
🥄Pop onto a tray and into the fridge for at least a few hours for them to mould together and harden.
