Wow, Glastonbury... what a buzz. ❤️
Thank you so much to everyone who has come through and supported the first two days of our new deli. The response has been incredible, and we genuinely can't thank you enough.
A huge shout out to our new deli team members who have absolutely smashed it. They've thrown themselves straight in, embraced the challenge, and tackled every shift with smiles, positivity and grace.
And of course, none of this would be possible without our amazing kitchen team. While much of the action happens at the counter, they've been working tirelessly behind the scenes, keeping up with demand, preparing incredible food, and helping bring the whole vision to life. We're so grateful for everything they've done.
We've had family members rolling up their sleeves and mucking in wherever needed, customers cheering us on, and it's been so rewarding seeing regulars and visitors alike enjoying our handmade pizzas, fresh and vibrant salads, sourdough toasties and sandwiches, and artisan pastries.
Launching something new is always a little nerve-wracking, but over the last couple of days you've reminded us exactly why we love being part of this community.
