Made my useful by putting in a shift at BELLIES NOT BINS this morning. I wish to give a special mention to Councillor Gill Cross for Hadfield North, Del, Jac, Jacky, Katie, Nathan, Nic, Si, Sue, Vic and Viv for all their hard work throughout the day. In addition, a huge shout out to Phil and Vince for kindly delivering food parcels, and to Mark and Neil for collecting food donations on behalf too.

Hadfield Coming Together Group in conjunction with Carmel Hadfield Church served 8️⃣8️⃣ food parcels to Hadfielders, Padfielders and Tinslers this afternoon. A giant thank you to Aldi Glossop, Asda hyde, Billy's Plaice, Fareshare, Lidl Glossop, M&S Glossop, Padfield Congregational Church, St Charles Borromeo RC Church, Sowerbutts Glossop, and Tesco Glossop for their kind food donations once again this week.

The HCT Team also took the time to sing a rousing rendition of Happy Birthday to our Gill who does so much for us all. Week in, week out, Gill dedicates so much time and energy to our local community - always with kindness, humility and a tireless commitment to helping others. We all hope Gill has a thoroughly enjoyable day on Sunday. She's the beating heart of our team and we're all incredibly lucky to have her in our lives. 🧡🍞🥫🥩🧀🥓🥚🧅🍅🥬🍩

🚨 ‼️ 🇬🇧 We have a fresh - but hugely limited - supply of British Asparagus today 🇬🇧 ‼️ 🚨

Only available in our shop (not online), we have just 12 bunches in stock. Due to poor weather, the supply of British Asparagus is minimal, but I’m pleased to say we are the first in the area to get some.

If you want any, please don’t delay as we aren’t sure when the next delivery will be. It’s fresh, it’s perfect, you won’t be disappointed!

Hello - two very important pieces of information.

🎄Firstly, our Christmas order slots are now available for both home delivery or click & collect. We're even accepting Clearpay for those who wish to spread the cost. Take a look at www.sowerbutts.shop to place your order.

🔨Secondly, our shop will be closed this Sunday 23rd and Monday 24th for some exciting renovation work. We will still be providing home deliveries, so feel free to order if you normally come into the shop on those days, and we'll do the hard work for you!
