Délice de Bourgogne is firmly in the second category.

Triple-cream, rich without being heavy, with that delicate white bloomy rind and a centre that settles into soft, almost spoonable luxury as it comes to temperature. It’s the kind of cheese people try “just to see what it’s like”… and then return specifically for.
