We are sorry we haven’t been doing our Fb duties, it’s all been a little too hectic especially with having 2 film crews here last week. Today, with the beautiful hazy morning, we are packing up and moving out for this wonderful event, The Spring Food Festival, held on the Speech House ground. Our first cut of silage is in the clamp, probably one of our earliest to date and have been thankful for the rain coming after we had put the sheeting over it.
The Cheeses for the coopers_hill_cheese_rolling have been collected and now wrapped for the event and I have cheekily borrowed one of their pictures.

This Saturday!

Another week and another film crew, then next week back to normal and silaging. The grass is looking good and growing well, we are keeping our fingers crossed that this first cut is a bumper one, with the second and third ones being good.
Last year was such a strain on all our resources and we do not want a repeat season.
Markets this weekend are;
Tomorrow - Cheltenham Farmers Market
Saturday - Stroud Farmers Market
