Some of you may know I'm very committed to my daily pilates with Quinn Pilates ever since George Payne told me that the only way to physically survive the work of being a butcher was by doing pilates. I'm not saying I'm any good but you can REALLY tell the difference in yourself.

So when I spotted the opportunity to try and do something for a worthy cause I thought I'd give it a go. I've already found the first week challenging and this second week of 90 seconds has been a struggle. Lord knows how I'll find next week's 2 minutes. So if you can find any spare cash I'd be deeply grateful. Cancer research is so important.

Holy Week and Easter at St Nicholas Church:

29 March - Palm Sunday.
10am: Parish Eucharist. We process from Coronation Cottages at 9.45 unless weather is really bad
5pm: Evening Prayer followed by Silent Prayer until 6pm

Monday 30 March
9am: Morning Prayer
7pm: Eucharist with short reflection

Tuesday 31 March
8.30am: Morning Prayer
7pm: Eucharist with short reflection

Wednesday 01 April
9am: Morning Prayer
7pm: Eucharist with short reflection
8.30pm: Compline on Zoom

02 April - Maundy Thursday
11am: Chrism Eucharist at the Cathedral (no 10am service in church)
7.30pm: Sung Eucharist of the Last Supper and Watch

03 April - Good Friday
9.30am: All-age journey to the cross. Storytelling and craft
11.15am: Act of Witness at Trinity Church
2pm: Liturgy of the Passion

04 April - Holy Saturday
8pm: Easter Vigil

05 April - Easter Sunday
10am: Parish Eucharist, followed by Easter egg hunt for children
