WE ARE HIRING!

Two part-time roles available (could be the same person!) to join our small family farm team.

FARMERS' MARKET ASSISTANT:

- A confident individual who enjoys speaking with the public

- A passion for local, artisan food and high animal welfare

- 24 hours per month across three markets: first Sunday, third Saturday & third Sunday

- Own car and driving license essential

- Physically fit to lift, carry and erect heavy-duty gazebo, plus work outside in all weathers

- Able to work well independently and under pressure

- £13.50/hour plus mileage between farm & market, 20% staff discount

SEASONAL WEEKEND PRODUCTION ASSISTANT:

- A varied role based at farm HQ; helping in the farm shop, prepping hot food & drinks, cleaning after milking/production, assisting cheesemaking, packing & labelling.

- 9.30am-1.30pm, Saturday & Sunday, June-December with possibility of April-December in 2027.

- An organised individual with an understanding of the importance of food safety and hygiene.

- £13.50/hour, 20% staff discount.

Our Tiny Farm Shop is open every Saturday 10am-1pm, Graffham GU28 0LR.

We raise 100% grass-fed, rare-breed beef:
Ribeye, sirloin, fillet, skirt, rump & minute steaks
Short rib, brisket & shin
Mince
Topside & silverside roasting joints

Our organic woodland pork:
Fillets
Mince
Roasting joints
Ribs

Plus our handmade, preservative free sausages:
Beef, beef & mustard, organic pork, organic Herby Cumberland.

We also make our own aged cheese from our 100% grass-fed dairy cows who share their milk with us and with their calves for at least four months. From our organic woodland pork we make small-batch charcuterie such as speck, coppa & lonzo, plus our homemade dry-aged bacon and guanciale - essential for an authentic carbonara!

It's looking dry for our Tiny Farm Shop tomorrow 10am-1pm, enjoy a hot bacon roll in our farmyard - made with our own bacon, and an organic tea or locally roasted coffee from .

This week we'll have more delicious cakes and bakes from Chichester based .

We have lots of Slow Grown Farm beef including steaks, mince, slow cooking cuts and hand-pressed burgers. Our organic pork will be for sale including fillets, chops, ribs, mince and 14 hour smoked pulled pork. Not forgetting our handmade preservative-free sausages containing only our meat, oats and herbs/spices. Varieties are:
Plain beef
Beef & mustard
Plain pork
Herby Cumberland

Also in the shop will be produce from other small producers we know and love, based in Sussex & Hampshire:

The Tiny Farm Shop this Saturday 10am-1pm! 📍Graffham, GU28 0LR.
New this week we'll have award winning rye bread, and sweet treats from the very talented . Also freshly harvested radishes from organic & biodynamic , in addition to their beautiful mixed salad bags and spinach.

We are still fully stocked with our 100% grass-fed beef & organic free-range pork, including preservative free handmade sausages & burgers. We'll have three of our organic, 100% grass-fed cheeses and five types of woodland pork charcuterie.

Enjoy a cup of locally roasted French press coffee or organic tea with a hot bacon roll (our bacon, of course!) in our sunny farmyard.

🌿Our first farm tour of the year is Sunday 31st May!🌿 Join us for a guided walk of the farm to see our cows with their new calves, and our pigs living outdoors all year round. After the tour we'll be firing up the BBQ and serving our hand-pressed 100% grass-fed beefburgers. Our Tiny Farm Shop will be open for farm tour visitors to take home some organic cheese, charcuterie, beef, pork and goods from other local artisans.

🚨 New product alert! 🚨 Our woodland raised Saddleback pork, in a homemade BBQ spice blend, smoked for 14 hours over oak. Just pork, spices and homemade stock - no preservatives.
We've done all the work for you - just reheat at home for a delicious, nutritious meal. Excellent as a pulled pork bap, tacos, on dirty fries, with mac & cheese, nachos, jacket potato, chilli, breakfast hash..... It's pretty versatile!
