With the Easter weekend approaching, ensure you get the specific size and cut you require for your family table. We are still taking orders ahead of the weekend.
We will have stock available on the counter, but pre-ordering guarantees your selection of our prime Legs and Shoulders of Lamb, as well as our traditional Beef and Pork roasts.

For those catering for a larger gathering this year, we have one 7kg Whole Turkey available in the shop. This is a one-off addition to our Easter stock for anyone looking for a traditional white-meat alternative to lamb for a big family Sunday.

Our premier roast, dry-aged and prepared on the bone. These have been chined and 'Easy-Carve' prepped for a stress-free service.

🐑 French Trimmed Lamb
Expertly hand-trimmed and bone-whitened. Available as individual racks or interlocked as a 'Guard of Honour' centerpiece.

🍖 Traditional Gammons
Available both Rind-on and Lean Rind-less. Hand-strung and perfect for a classic glazed roast or for cold cuts.

🍗 Whole Roasting Chickens
We have a full range of hand-selected birds in stock. Whether you need Small, Medium, or Large, we have the perfect size for your family gathering.

🥓 Sunday Breakfast Essentials
For the perfect Mother's Day breakfast, we have our signature dry-cured back bacon and traditional butcher’s sausages ready.
