CHRISTMAS ORDER TIME AND SOME SAD NEWS
Hello everyone,
It’s time for Christmas chocs again. But first, I’m very sad to say that this will be the last Christmas for Spire Chocolates as I’ve made the difficult decision to close in January.
The current economic situation and chiefly the ever increasing prices of raw materials mean that unfortunately I can no longer afford to keep trading.
I’m sincerely sorry to draw Spire Chocolates to a close and I would like to take this opportunity to say an enormous THANKYOU to every one of you for your custom over the years. It’s been a great pleasure to bring you chocolate indulgence and I’m truly grateful to all of my customers for their support.
I hope to continue my chocolate adventures next year in the form of a blog, where I will share recipes, tutorials and all things chocolate, so keep an eye out for more news in the near future.
In the meantime, it’s Christmas time and I’ll be making my usual selection of chocs. A full list of what’s available is below along with details of how to order.
As always, everything will be freshly made to order so if you’d like anything for Christmas then please place your order no later than the 30th of November.
The following products are available:
Fresh Chocolate Assortments
Small (8 chocs) £10.00
Medium (15 chocs) £17.50
Large (30 chocs) £34.00
(Single flavour boxes can also be ordered in the above sizes.)
The menu of fresh chocs will include the following flavours:
Raspberry ‘After Dark’ - intense raspberry ganache in a dark chocolate shell
Hazelnut and Orange Praline – smooth hazelnut and orange praline in a double shell of dark and caramelised white chocolate
Spiced Cherry – fruity cherry ganache with cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla in a dark chocolate shell
Crunchy Praline – hazelnut praline with crunchy feuilletine wafer in a milk chocolate shell
Really Raspberry – intense raspberry ganache in a white chocolate shell, dusted with raspberry powder
Lemon and Sea Salt – smooth dark chocolate ganache with lemon oil and sea salt in a dark chocolate shell
Vanilla Truffle – creamy vanilla ganache in a milk and white chocolate shell, sprinkled with vanilla sugar
Orange Maple – lightly whipped milk chocolate butter ganache with orange oil and maple syrup in a milk chocolate shell
Assortments will include a mixture of the above flavours. If you’d prefer to choose your own selection then just let me know.

Lemon and Sea Salt (dark choc with lemon oil and sea salt)
Raspberry (white choc with freeze dried raspberry powder)
Milk Chocolate Crunch (milk choc with crunchy feuilletine wafer)
Salted Caramel (caramelised white chocolate with sea salt)
100g bags - £3 each or 3 for £8
All chocs will be freshly made to order and completed in time for Christmas. Orders can be posted to your chosen address (postage starting at £5.00), delivered locally or collected by arrangement from our premises in Humberston.

Payment can be made either by Paypal or BACS – please let us know which you’d prefer when you order. If you wish to collect your order from us then we can take cash if preferred.
