A Thank You & Farewell

After nearly two incredible years, it's time for Kimchi Rebellion to say goodbye. It’s been such a beautiful journey, sharing authentic kimchi made right here in the Peak District, and I want to extend my deepest thanks to each of you who supported me.

Your encouragement, enthusiasm, and love for my kimchi have made this experience more rewarding than I could ever have imagined. I’ve been so lucky to connect with such wonderful customers, and it truly brought me so much joy.

This decision has been a tough one, but it feels like the right time to move on. While I’m sad to leave this chapter behind, I’m also excited for what lies ahead. I couldn’t have done any of this without the love and support of my family, who have been my rock throughout this journey.

Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart, for being part of Kimchi Rebellion.

It's been an amazing year at Bakewell Farmers' market since last December and this is my first time to miss. I will be back in December just in time for Christmas. Hope to bring mini jars too, perfect little gift for your loved one.

But don't worry, you can still get jars from Grindleford community shop, online or from me directly.

I will update soon which local markets Kimchi Rebellion will be in Nov, Dec.
