Looking for a Office and Finance Administrator
Cleveleys Foods Ltd is a successful family-run wholesale business supplying high-quality foods to restaurants, hotels, schools, and commercial kitchens.
JOB PURPOSE –
To assist with delivery paperwork. Take customer calls and enquiries throughout the day. Work with other staff members to complete daily office tasks and support the finance team.
SHIFT PATTERN – FULL-TIME POSITION
Monday to Thursday 6 am – 2 pm
Saturdays 6 am – 12 pm

MAIN DUTIES –
• To answer customer calls and process orders using an answering machine, email, and online ordering systems.
• To liaise with customers and suppliers.
• To work alongside other staff and departments.
• To create and issue delivery paperwork.
• To input data entry and create reports.
• To process sales and purchase invoices.
• Input daily payments and allocate them to accounts.
• Communicate with customers with account enquires.
• Chase up any late payment.
SKILLS REQUIRED –
• First-rate telephone manner and communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use own initiative.
• Pragmatic, positive attitude.
• Personable, dependable.
• Professional, punctual, and flexible.
• Credit control experience would be preferred but not essential.
LOCATION –
Cleveleys Foods, Moat Farm, All Saints, South Elmham, Halesworth, Suffolk, IP19 0NY (Transport is essential due to rural area)
