Rump Steak or your own choice.
Mushrooms
Echalion Queen Shallots
Garlic
Peppercorn Sauce
Stilton cheese to garnish grated
Pappardelle pasta or your own choice

Pan fry up the steak to your liking.
Fry up the shallots & mushrooms.
Add the pre cooked steak and the sliced garlic.
Add the peppercorn sauce.
Add the pasta.
Stir together and top with grated Stilton.

We have some Oxtail. Until stocks last. A nutritious hearty stew going in the Slo-cooker today. A one pot meal to serve with roast potatoes or mash n dumplings. I’ll decide later what’s going with it.
🛒 Shopping list
Oxtail ( season with salt & pepper)
Carrots
Celery
Mushrooms
Shallots
Tomato purée
Thyme
Bay leaves
Garlic
Beef stock cube
Gravy granules or cornflour to thicken later.
A bottle of Beer or red wine.
Carpenter's Nursery may still have Oxtail in our R & M Butchers fridge there along with our other fresh meats and their seasonal vegetables.
