Empty the Spice Mix into a pan with some oil. Add onions and cook until soft. Then add parboiled potatoes and mix. Season, garnish and serve.

The questions our team get asked all the time 👀

Can you freeze Curry Packs? Can they be slow-cooked? Should you add raw or cooked meat to the sauce?

Here are our answers...

Can you freeze them? Absolutely! And what's great is you don't have to defrost them before you use them.

Can they be slow-cooked? Yes, and we definitely recommend trying this! You just need to add less water than the Curry Pack suggests (use 100ml water for the 2-3 Curry Packs/200ml for the 4-6 Curry Packs).

Should you add raw or cooked meat to the sauce? It's your choice! With our mixes, you don't need to cook/sear the meat first, you can simply add the raw meat into the sauce to cook. But if you prefer pre-cooking the meat - that's fine!

3 tips to enhance your next curry night...

Toast the spices in a pan for a few minutes to get the flavours started. Simply pour the pack into the pan and toast on a low heat.

Cook your curry the day before serving. This gives the ingredients and flavours time to develop, giving the curry more depth. Trust us, it'll be worth the wait 😋

Add a garnish! Garnishes help to balance curries as well as adding more flavour, texture and colour. Chopped coriander, toasted almonds and double cream are a few of our favourites.
