Not all beef is created equal.

Our beef comes from Farmer Frank in Malham, where free range, grass fed cattle are reared on the high limestone pastures of the Yorkshire Dales.

We know where it comes from, how it’s been reared and who’s produced it. Then our team carefully prepares and matures it for outstanding flavour and tenderness.

Compare that with much of the beef you’ll find on a supermarket shelf, sourced through large-scale supply chains with very little connection between farmer, butcher and customer.
