Bakedandmore hi my name is Ian and I am based just outside Kidderminster, in the west midlands . I live with my wife ( chief taster !!!) and two dogs , flash and georgie .

Like many people , I contracted the baking bug after watching the great British bake off on TV . I have been baking for a few years now and really enjoy it . after being made redundant , I decided to take my baking hobby to the next level . All my cakes are home-made and I use only the best quality ingredients and free range eggs. My fruitcake is traditionally baked , using real brandy to flavou

r and the best quality dried fruits . I can

make sponge types from traditional Victoria sandwich to chocolate beetroot cake! My cakes don't just look good but taste great too! I can make cup cakes, tray bakes and tiered celebration cakes, the choice is yours . if you would like a cake then just drop me an email .
