Bit of a "work in progress" dish this evening, with my take on a Surf & Turf

Slices of Reverse Seared T-Bone Steak, served with Crispy Tempura Scallops, Fried Mashed Potato Balls, Sautéed Wild Mushrooms (with chives from my garden), Wilted Spinach (with nutmeg), and a Creamy Scallop Roe Mayonnaise

A couple of tweaks needed, but absolutely loving this plate of food - the Scallop Roe Mayonnaise was a real winner for me!

We have a full time vacancy for a Butcher at Graham Eyes Haworth. Some experience in meat preparation or a closely related role is essential, due to the nature of the job.

This is a 5 days per week vacancy, but some flexibility for less hours/days may be considered for a candidate with the right skills and experience.
