We are a family based company run from Lindfield in West Sussex. Traiteur was founded in 2014 by Morgwn Preston-Jones. As a longtime restaurant and catering chef, Morgwn decided it was time to focus on creating mouth watering meats and cured products sourced from sustainable & free range farms. Everything at Traiteur is handmade in house, meaning we do not "buy in" anything other than sourcing qua
