New to our shelves!

Benenden Sauce isn't your typical dressing. It's delightfully sweet, intriguingly garlicky - and also unmistakably vibrant in colour. Loved passionately by those who appreciate authentic flavour. It's perfect not just for salads, but also for pasta, grilled fish, BBQ meats, omelettes, venison, duck, and even grilled goat’s cheese! Be careful though - it's strangely addictive!

The final preperations are being made!

Do come along to Rushlake Green this afternoon, bring some food and drink - or get some from the pub or the shop.

You're in for a treat with great music, classic cars, great raffle prizes and a friendly party vibe!

Parking available at Stone House on the corner of the green.

We've got the Dream Team of Cherie and Alfie working in the shop, and Tony will be hovering, interfering and causing chaos as usual.

Oyez! Sunday looking the better day of the weekend so come and join us on the Green for our Big Lunch celebrating our very special community, an afternoon of picnics, friendship, fun, and entertainment from 12 noon. Enjoy the amazing classic vehicle display and please support our fundraising for St Wilfrid's Hospice in our charity raffle with superb prizes from our generous local traders.
We are also collecting donations of non-perishable food and toiletries for the Hailsham Food Bank, so bring along one or two items or purchase something from our award winning Village Stores on the day.

We're celebrating!

Our Heathfield shop has now been open for 6 months - and is building up a loyal following!

Our biggest sellers are

* Flint Owl soursough breads
* Organic groceries
* Bread Shed sandwiches and Poppyseed Bakery snacks
* Local honey
* Local jams, marmalades and apple driinks
* Cool canned energy drinks
* Specialist products not available in the supermarkets

We are so grateful to our new loyal customers for supporting us.

Before we opened we had so many positive messages and 100s of 'likes' on Facebook from people who promised to support us - but never have. And negative messages along the lines of 'I give them 6 months'.

Well, after 6 months we're proud of our little spot on the High Street and we're looking forward to adding to our product ranges and earning a place in the hearts of the people of Heathfield!

If you've not had a chance to visit us yet please do! We'll give you a warm welcome!

It’s Flint Owl Bread day!

On Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays we have a selection of sourdough breads from Flint Owl bakery in Lewes.

White, wholemeal, seeded, rosemary and sea salt.

It usually arrives at around 9.30am.
