These are some of our sirloin steaks - and they’re super easy to cook:

1. Light the BBQ and wait until the coals are glowing.
2. Season with salt and pepper (and a sprig of rosemary if you’re feeling fancy).
3. Chuck them on the BBQ and cook for 3 minutes on each side (that’s about medium).

Sirloin is the all-rounder of steaks: lean, tender, and with beautiful marbling.
