Robert Hawker Venison is a family-run business based near Wellington on the Devon/Somerset border. The wild venison is managed ethically, in a sustainable manner and is entirely traceable. Robert is also a licensed deer stalker and manages deer on the Highclere Estate, the set of the famous television series Downton Abbey.
